This life changing module includes: over 20 more challenging breath practices, longer retention times and sequences, 16 postures, movement, 17 mudras, meditation, plus anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, benefits, contraindications, modifications, safety, philosophy, subtle energy, sequencing, scientific studies, business, marketing, and final practicum for YA certification.

Learn how to teach rhythmic, uplifting, breathing practices with longer retention times that increase vitality, vagal tone and longevity. This dynamic module includes: over 35 quicker paced, intermediate breath practices, 9 postures, movement, 7 mudras, 13 meditations, plus anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, benefits, contraindications, modifications, safety, philosophy, subtle energy, sound, sequencing and pacing.

INSPIRE*
Learn how to teach calm, soothing, and relaxing breathing practices that increase vagal tone and shift the Nervous System into the healing state. This foundational module includes: 30 slower paced soothing breath practices, 2 postures, 15 styles of meditation, plus anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, benefits, contraindications, modifications, safety, cueing, philosophy and the 8-limbs of yoga.
