Dr. Allyn has always wanted to live a vibrantly healthy, successful and happy life. She mostly did, until the trauma of 9/11 left her feeling suddenly fearful, sad and hopeless. Her ability to "power through" things seemed to have vanished; she felt stopped by her new anxiety and depression. Unwilling to allow this to be her β€œnew normal,” she began to devour information, tools and techniques to heal herself.

Through her studies and self-practice, she synthesized a methodology that worked for her and for hundreds of clients. Dr. Allyn is dedicated to mentoring others through the process of healing, self-awareness, and radical self-acceptance. She has studied the mind-body connection extensively for over fifteen years, holds certifications in a variety of healing modalities, and a Doctorate of Philosophy in Metaphysical Humanistic Sciences.

An expert experienced yoga and breathwork trainer, and a dedicated daily practitioner. Through her personal practice, Dr. Allyn has refined her intuition to match her broad education, both of which she relies on when working with clients. She founded Your Essential Self and offers mind-spirit-body coaching, breathwork, yoga, hypnotism, harmonyum healing, and personal astral-logical blueprints.  

She loves living near the beach in Santa Monica with her husband of 20 years, and visiting friends and family in Europe, where he was raised.

Tracey Goldman, RYT, holds certifications in yoga, breathing and meditation, and has been passionately sharing these teachings globally for over 13 years.  She discovered the benefits of breath training decades ago when she needed a way to manage her anxiety and stop her debilitating migraines.  

She is a dedicated continuous learner and has gained a tremendous knowledge base from courses and self-directed research. She has studied under Bryan Kest, Annie Carpenter, Davidji, Emily Fletcher, Dan Brule, and Michael Bijker, among others. 

Tracey believes that we all have an innate ability to know and heal ourselves, and that our breath is the most direct guide to the inner wisdom we seek and our highest self expression. She is committed to helping others discover the true wisdom and power of breath within themselves, where a calmer, healthier, more clear, present and joyful experience of life exists. Join her on a deep dive inward to self discovery, peace and connection, so you can ripple that healing energy out into the world.

She enjoys hiking, reading, dancing, playing in the ocean and meditating daily with her three Zen-like cats, Mae, Dao, and Bootsie.
